How to use Ice Power Hot Warm Gel:
Massage gel into the skin in the area to be treated. Wash hands after use with soap. Full warming effect within an hour after application.
Warming of the skin (sun etc.) intensifies the effect. May cause skin reaction to sensitive skin. Do not use if you’re allergic to Capsaicin / Chili. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and wounds. Not recommended during pregnancy or nursing. Not for children under the age of 5. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
